How do I use cookie manager?

I didn't see any info on how to use the cookie manager. I am wanting to save cookies from multiple browser sessions and then access them again. Is this possible? If so, how?

From what I understand, and I may be wrong, but if you're using the free version, that wont be possible because you wont be able to access the "file operate modules".
