It looks like my account is upgraded. However i am still not able to use the api key in Kontent Machine. every time i try it use it i get " The connection to SpinnerChief server is timed out " message. image attached.
- I have also faced problem using copyscape option. It says " username and api key not correct."
- also, every now and then i get error message using the " super spin " option.
* I sent an email to support the day after i bought the software. which is like 5 days ago. still haven't got any reply! and still havnt been able to use the software!
